THERMAL IMAGING:
Thermal Imaging is not something people often think of, but it is the easiest and least invasive way to ensure the health of all your electrical systems.

This preventative maintenance technique involves Belltech Technicians taking thermal images of electrical panels, allowing us to identify any hot spots, overloaded breakers, unbalanced loads and loose connections that can be safety concerns. 
One of the benefits of this non-invasive testing procedure is that it does not require your power to be shut down, ensuring functionality of your space is relatively unimpeded during testing. It is also a proven way to prolong the life of electrical equipment and cut down on unscheduled down time.
IR scanning specifically, can contribute to a substantial cost savings by identifying issues before expensive and/or dangerous failures occur. For this reason, we always recommend IR scanning for commercial properties as well as multi-unit strata buildings.  

Belltech Electric is ITC certified and all work is conducted to meet or exceed the ANSI/NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems.
We always compile a detailed report to present all of our results to our clients, including visual documentation of problem areas along with our recommendations on how they can best be rectified.
