Thermal Imaging is the easiest and least invasive way to ensure the health of your electrical systems.

This preventative maintenance technique involves Belltech Technicians taking thermal images of the electrical panels, allowing us to identify hot spots, overloaded breakers, unbalanced loads and loose connections that can be safety concerns.  IR scanning can contribute to a substantial cost savings by identifying issues before expensive and/or dangerous failures occur.

The benefit of this non-invasive testing procedure is that power is not required to be shut down, allowing you to carry on with your day-to-day activities, unimpeded. Thermal imaging is a proven way to prolong the life of electrical equipment and cut down on unscheduled down time.

IR scanning is recommended for commercial properties as well as multi-unit strata buildings.  Belltech Electric is ITC certified and all work is conducted to meet or exceed ANSI/NETS Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems. Results of thermal imaging will be presented in a report to our clients.  We will include visual documentation of problem areas along with our recommendations on how they can best be rectified.
